Overview
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Worn/soiled clothing
- Custom printed clothing/apparel
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
To start the refund/return process, send an email to Barelylegalthreads@gmail.com with a photo and description of any issues with your order for which you are seeking a refund. We will respond as soon as possible and if approved we will provide you with a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and begin your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should contact us by email at Barelylegalthreads@gmail.com for a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven not received a refund yet or you beleve it is taking longer than expected check your online bank account or credit card account for pending charges. Next contact your bank or credit card. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges must be for the same item only. Please send us an email at Barelylegalthreads@gmail.com we will respond as soon as possible with further instructions.
